  • Teejay Fehr

    FOUNDER AND CEO

    With a focus on contemporary early childhood research and practice, Teejay Fehr completed her masters degree at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Before moving to Canada, she worked as an Early Childhood Teacher in both the Philippines and in Australia. Teejay brings significant training from the following teaching practices: Developmental Interaction Approach, Reggio Emilia Approach, Resources for Infant Educarers RIE®

  • Jonathan Fehr

    CO-FOUNDER AND COO

    Jonathan’s lifelong passion for storytelling has shaped his work across journalism, marketing, film production, and authorship, including several published novels and a children’s storytelling curriculum. His BA in Communications and a strong narrative foundation informs his approach to community building, organizational development, and advocacy, ensuring that the Centre’s mission is conveyed with clarity and impact.

  • Bianca Del Rosario

    CO-FOUNDER AND PROGRAM CONSULTANT

    Bianca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Asia and the Pacific and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Miriam College in the Philippines. She has extensive practice in the Developmental Interaction Approach (DIA), Inquiry Based Learning, and Project Based Learning and currently works as an ECE Supervisor in Victoria, BC.

  • Al Ferguson

    PRESIDENT
    Al has been a Certified Financial Planner for over 20 years with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.  As a small group pastor, Al’s personal mission is to relationally and spiritually mentor others with a focus on the younger generations. Part of the Nadiya Clemance Centre’s mission is to care for the children's needs and help instill good character into these precious young lives. For Al, this natural alignment of mission fosters a compelling personal connection.

  • David Dearden

    VICE-PRESIDENT
    David is a Software Developer with extensive experience in IT and technology systems. With a strong background in software and systems development, David ensures that technology supports NCC’s mission of providing safe, innovative, and relationship-centered care.

  • Tandi Pohl

    SECRETARY
    Tandi is a Social Service Worker with Coast Mental Health, where she supports individuals through psycho-social rehabilitation, specializing in those affected by brain injuries, mental health challenges, and addictions in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Before her work in social services, Tandi was an Early Childhood Educator in her hometown, where she created a nurturing daycare and preschool environment with a primary focus on children on the autism spectrum

  • Charles Manty

    TREASURER
    Charles is an Investment Consultant who works with First Nation and pension plan trusts to strengthen their long-term financial strategies. He goes beyond the typical consultant jargon and metrics to help clients gain a clear understanding of the risks they take on. Charles advises on investment policy development, manager selection, and stochastic projections, while also offering a critical perspective on the limitations of forecasts and industry claims.

  • Sabrina Feula

    DIRECTOR
    With over 15 years of experience in fostering connections, Sabrina is a results-oriented professional committed to cultivating relationships and driving positive change. Experienced in implementing corporate-level programs to increase public awareness, she excels at creating collaborative environments. Her current role is Director, Member Engagement at BCNET.

  • Nikol Hensler

    DIRECTOR
    Communications and HR Specialist working with People and Culture professionals in Canada's tech sector, Nikol has experience fostering meaningful connections through effective communication strategies and dedicated member support. Nikol has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, holds a Master of Arts degree from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Kingston University, London.
